Regulations of reservation at the "Stony Island Hotel"

Please remember to write your telephone number, fax and email contact when you fill in the reservation form, so that we may contact you to confirm your reservation.

We will reply to you by telephone fax or email within 30 min to 2 hours.

Reservation Department working hours: 10:00 to 18:00 (Moscow Time) on working days.

Orders received post or prior to these times will be dealt with the following morning.

After your order has been dealt with, you will receive a confirmation of room reservation.

A reservation is guaranteed by the hotel only after a 100% prepayment for the whole stay of the guest or the prepayment for the first night depending on the rate and type of the reservation.

• Late check-out will be charged separately, in case the required room is available for the requested time. The charges will be 50% of the per night room price from 12:00 till 20:00 hours and after 20:00 hours 100% of the room price will be charged.
• Method of payment: Cash, by bank/voucher, credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:

• For individual bookings cancellations can be made in written at least 2 days before the arrival date, in case of late or no cancellation (no-show) one night will be charged to your credit card.
